Rhenigidale today. Edinburgh Fringe tomorrow

Actors Erin & Julia (Oberlin College, Ohio www.oberlin.edu/‎) chilling at the Gatliff Hostel at Rhenigidale. “The best place we have stayed so far” Erin said.  From 22nd August to 24th they are appearing at the Edinburgh Fringe with the New Euripides theatre company.

The play is Euripides Bacchae (also know as The Bacchantes) It is a tragedy based on the mythological story of King Pentheus of Thebes and his mother Agauë, and their punishment by the god Dionysus (who is Pentheus’ cousin) because he refuses to worship him.

The play takes place on Arthur’s Seat, Edinburgh from 7.30pm.  Entrance is free. Why not post a review on our Facebook page?
