<\/a><\/p>\nPublication of the annual Crofters\u2019 Newsletter has been on hold since 2020.\u00a0 We aim to resume publication but we cannot predict when that will happen.\u00a0 The Crofters\u2019 Newsletter has been published every year since 1962 (except for 1999).\u00a0 It is based on the comments made by hostellers in the hostel log book.\u00a0 You will find these contain thoughts on life, the universe and everything.\u00a0 You can read every edition of the Crofters\u2019 Newsletter via the links below<\/p>\n
The Hebridean Hostellers<\/strong> newsletter. This is published twice a year. The first edition appeared in April 1984. Longer articles about your visit to the islands or your experiences or observations on island life are welcome.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n If you keep a log or a diary or took pictures which you would like to share, we are always pleased to see them.\u00a0 The best may be published in our newsletter and\/or on our web site (with full acknowledgement).<\/p>\n If you have visited Berneray, Howmore or Rhenigidale and made an entry into the house logbook – you may have been quoted in either publication. Click and see! If you haven’t been mentioned, next time you visit the hostels make sure you say something in the logbook. But be sure to leave your full name in the log book! We would really like to hear how you enjoyed your stay and what interesting experiences you had.
